Payment of Tuition and Fees
Payment for classes is due by the payment due dates listed in the Enrollment Services Calendar. If students have Financial Aid, dual enrollment status, or are company-sponsored, they will NOT be impacted by this policy.
Pay by cash, check, or credit card at the Student Accounts Office, which is located in the Welcome Center (Building WC) on the main campus. HFC accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Credit card payments can also be made online through HFC Self-Service Make a Payment.
HFC Self-Service: Students may login and pay online through HFC Self-Service.
Every student is assigned a unique username the first time they enroll for classes at HFC. To find their username, students must visit the Account Login Search and follow the instructions accordingly.
EZ PAY - Monthly Tuition Payment Plans: To help students meet their educational expenses, HFC is pleased to offer EZ PAY as a convenient budget plan. EZ PAY is a tuition management plan that provides students with a low cost option for budgeting tuition and other educational expenses.
EZ PAY advantages:
- Easy online enrollment;
- Monthly payment plan;
- Flexible payment options; and
- No interest.
EZ PAY is not a loan program; therefore, you have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The only cost to budget monthly payments through EZ PAY is a $25 nonrefundable fee per semester. The enrollment fee is automatically deducted within 14 days from the day the agreement is submitted.
