Receiving Your Envelope

Select your refund preference by visiting the website when you receive your green envelope. Your envelope will automatically be mailed to the address Henry Ford College (HFC) has on file for you, so make sure we have your correct mailing address to prevent delays in delivery. To update your address, visit HFC Self-Service User Profile.

The green envelope will contain a Personal Code and easy to follow instructions to select a refund preference.

Select Your BankMobile Refund Preference

Your refund preference can be selected by:

  1. Going to;
  2. Click on Get Started; and
  3. Use the personal code to select ACH or the BankMobile Vibe Card.

You’ll be presented with options for ACH (direct deposit) or the BankMobile Vibe card. It’s important to select the choice that works best for you.

ACH (Direct Deposit)

Students can have their refunds deposited into an existing bank account. Please have the following information available to select this preference:

  1. Bank Routing number; and
  2. Bank Account number.

The BankMobile Vibe Card

Bank Mobile Vibe Card Example

The BankMobile Vibe Card is a method for receiving your refunds and managing your money. The card offers the fastest delivery of your refund and is available to all HFC students that have:

  1. Valid Social Security Number (SSN);
  2. Driver License or State ID; and
  3. United States (U.S.) mailing address.
