Payment due for students with an outstanding balance for 2nd 8-week classes
Any outstanding balances must be paid off by 11:59 p.m. on the due date unless you are already enrolled in EZ-Pay OR your FAFSA and supporting documentation was submitted by the priority deadline.
If you need sponsorship vouchers or authorization letters, they must be submitted to the Cashier's Office to avoid de-registration.

Students awarded loan funds for Winter 2026 must accept their loan and have completed the required Master Promissory Note and Loan Entrance Counseling by this date if they wish to utilize their loan award.
Financial Aid refund checks available for 2nd 8-week classes
Financial Aid refunds related to 2nd 8-week classes will be issued according to the refund schedule.
Refund amount will not include any loan funds that are subject to the 30-Day, First-Time Borrower Delay. Students in 2nd 8-week classes that have the 30-Day, First-Time Borrower Delay will be refunded loan funds for which they are eligible on on the date listed in the refund schedule.
