Payment of Tuition and Fees
Payment for classes is due by the payment due dates listed in the Enrollment Services Calendar. If students have Financial Aid, dual enrollment status, or are company-sponsored, they will NOT be impacted by this policy.
Pay by cash, check, or credit card at the Cashier's Office, which is located in the Welcome Center (Building WC) on the main campus. HFC accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Credit card payments can also be made online through WebAdvisor.
WebAdvisor: Students may pay online through WebAdvisor by logging in and selecting "View Account and Make Payments."
Every student is assigned a unique WebAdvisor ID the first time he or she enrolls for classes at HFC. To find their WebAdvisor ID, students must click "What’s my user ID?" on WebAdvisor and following the instructions accordingly.
Students must use the four-digit month and day of their birth as their initial WebAdvisor password. For instance, if a student's birthday is Aug. 5, then his or her initial password will be 0805. The first time a student logs into WebAdvisor, he or she must change their password.
EZ PAY - Monthly Tuition Payment Plans: To help students meet their educational expenses, HFC is pleased to offer EZ PAY as a convenient budget plan. EZ PAY is a tuition management plan that provides students with a low cost option for budgeting tuition and other educational expenses.
EZ PAY advantages:
- Easy online enrollment;
- Monthly payment plan;
- Flexible payment options; and
- No interest.
EZ PAY is not a loan program; therefore, you have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The only cost to budget monthly payments through EZ PAY is a $25 nonrefundable fee per semester. The enrollment fee is automatically deducted within 14 days from the day the agreement is submitted.

1098T Tax Information
HFC uses Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI) to prepare and mail out 1098T tax forms. Advantages to using ECSI include:
- ECSI stays current with all of the federal regulations and tax codes.
- ECSI retains tax information for three years that can be obtained electronically on the ECSI web-site (www.ecsi.net).
- Any lost or misplaced 1098T tax document can be recreated by visiting ECSI’s web-site at (www.ecsi.net/1098t).
- ECSI offers assistance navigating their web-site at 866-428-1098.
Tax forms are mailed and available online at ECSI’s web-site every year by Jan. 31. Terms that are included in each 1098T are spring, summer, fall and the current winter semester. The previous winter semester will be included in the previous year's 1098T form.
Students must have a valid social security number and valid street address on their account to be eligible to receive a 1098T form. They must also add their social security number to their account.
