Get ready to Learn! Learn is HFC’s dynamic new training platform, which is designed to unlock your potential and drive your career growth at the College.

HFC Human Resources is thrilled to announce the successful launch of Learn, the cutting-edge training and development module now integrated into NEOED, HFC’s employee management platform. Learn empowers all employees with access to high-quality online courses, personalized learning plans, and professional development resources.

What Learn offers

Diverse Course Library: Explore a variety of courses covering a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from technical skills to leadership development. There's something tailored for everyone!
Curated Learning Plans: Learn can create learning plans tailored to specific roles and departments. These plans can be designed to streamline your learning journey and help you achieve your career goals.
User-Friendly Interface: Enjoy a simple, intuitive interface for seamless learning integration into your daily routine.
Mobile Accessibility: Download the NEOED app for on-the-go learning from the Apple app store and/or Google Play.
Learning Metrics: Track your progress and chart your learning path. Access your personalized learning reports.

Who can access Learn? 

ALL employees and managers at HFC now have access to Learn. Follow these steps to get started:

Select the “Training” module from your menu and explore the course catalog.

Learn success story

HR collaborated with HFC Director of Facilities Reuben Brukley and HFC Facilities Manager Nathan Baloga. Working together, they created three learning plans with relevant online courses customized for each role in Facilities.

The learning plan is assigned to each new hire in the department as part of their onboarding process. The learning plan automatically restarts every year, ensuring annual compliance with regulations.

“The new learning plans represent a significant upgrade to previous departmental training initiatives, which were decentralized and difficult to manage. Working with Tracye Davis, we've consolidated critical safety and facilities topics into one accessible online format. This is an improvement in safety, compliance, engagement, effectiveness, and organization. We are grateful to Tracye and her colleagues in HR for a successful collaboration,” said Brukley.
