Notice of Special Committee Meeting of the HFC Board of Trustees
The meeting will take place at the Dearborn Public Schools Administrative Service Center, 18700 Audette, Dearborn, in the Frank Franchi Board Room.
The purpose of the meeting is to call for a Closed Session, as requested by the College President, to discuss the President's contract pursuant to Michigan Open Meetings Act MCL 15.268, Section 8 (a).
There will be no public business during this meeting, other than to call for the closed session.
