For many of us, the last few years have left us feeling helpless and hopeless. Join us for “The Power of Hope,” which is part of HFC’s Fall 2022 Wellness Series, on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 3:00 p.m. This is a virtual event.

In this seminar, HFC Associate Dean of Counseling Dr. Ibrahim Atallah will guide participants as they learn how hope can create positive changes that will improve their health, relationships, and academic success.

Atallah will share data about hope, as well as tackle the following questions:

  • What is the relationship between hope and physical, cognitive, and emotional health?
  • Does having hope require the absence of crisis?
  • Are hopeful individuals happier than those that are less hopeful and why?

This seminar is sponsored by the HFC Student Activities, the HFC Student Council, HFC Counseling, HFC Campus Safety, and HFC Student Conduct and Compliance.

While this seminar is free, we do ask that you register to attend. Please register today
