HFC’s acclaimed student-run restaurant, Fifty-One O One, will hold its annual Spring Bake Sale April 1-2 on the first floor of the Andrew A. Mazzara Administrative Services & Conference Center (ASCC) (Building L on the main campus).

The times of the bake sale are:

  • Wednesday, April 1, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

We strongly recommend that you order in advance. Limited items will be available on the days of the sale, but the best way to ensure you get the items you want is to pre-order. Payment is made when you pick up your items. Online ordering runs through Sunday, March 29. Please order online at the link above.

Fifty-One O One offers a unique dining experience in which HFC culinary arts students showcase their skills under the close supervision of our professional chefs and staff. The students are committed to providing an outstanding dining experience while preparing for successful careers in the hospitality industry.

Curbside pickup instructions

Enter the main campus via the South Entrance and follow the signage to the circle drive in front of the ASCC (Building L). Use our Campus Map if you have questions about directions. Look for the blue tent. Please pull around and stay in your vehicle. A server will come out to collect your payment and retrieve your order.
