Fifty-One O One, HFC's student-run restaurant, will hold its annual bake sale Nov. 24-25. Pre-order your items by Nov. 22.

Some additional items will be available on-site, but please pre-order to guarantee we will have the items you want.

HFC’s student-run restaurant, Fifty-One O One, announces its annual fall bake sale just in time for the holiday season.

The bake sale will be held on the first floor of the Andrew A. Mazzara Administrative Services & Conference Center (ASCC) (Building L on the main campus) on the following dates and times:

  • Tuesday, November 24, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, November 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

“Our baked goods, and particularly our pies, which have been made by our culinary students, have become a holiday tradition in many of our guests’ home during this special time of year,” said HFC culinary arts instructor and Fifty-One O One maître d'hôtel Lauren Wallace. “I’m proud to be part of that. I’m also proud that this gives our students real-world experience that cannot be duplicated in a traditional classroom setting, and our guests are supporting their education.”

To guarantee your holiday treats, we strongly encourage you to pre-order your items online at the link above by Sunday, November 22. Limited quantities could be available for same-day purchases, but pre-ordering is the best way to ensure availability of your desired items. Payment will be made when you place your order online.

Convenient curbside pickup

For curbside pickup, enter the HFC campus via the South Entrance and take an immediate right into the circle drive in front of the ASCC (Building L). Look for the blue tent. Use our Campus Map for directions. Please pull around and remain in your vehicle. A server will retrieve your order and bring it to you.
