Register for the effective cover letter workshop

Join HFC Career Services Officer Chad Austin for an interactive workshop that focuses on writing effective cover letters that get results on Tuesday, September 29, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. in the Career Services Office (Room A-121) in the Learning Success Center (Building A on the main campus).

During this workshop, you will learn:

  • Proper cover letter formatting.
  • What employers expect to see.
  • Common mistakes that can hurt your chances of getting an interview.
  • How to connect your skills and experiences to the job you're seeking.
