HFC’s Culinary Wellness Café is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. until December 3.

Inside the Skylight Café in the John McDonald Student and Culinary Arts Center (Building M on the main campus), the Culinary Wellness Café offers great lunch options at just $7 for a meal and one side dish.

The menu rotates weekly. Halal options are available. The following menus will be featured for the Fall 2026 semester:

  • The week of September 29: Tex-Mex
  • The week of October 6: Mediterranean
  • The week of October 13: Asian
  • The week of October 20: California
  • The week of October 27: Modern Comfort
  • The week of November 3: Italian
  • The week of November 10: Tex-Mex
  • The week of November 17: Mediterranean
  • The week of November 24: Asian (The Café will be closed Thursday, November 26 for Thanksgiving)
  • The week of December 1: California
