HFC’s Culinary Wellness Café opens for the semester on February 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It will be open throughout the Winter 2026 semester on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until Thursday, April 30 (except the second week of March, when it will be closed for Spring Break).

Inside the Skylight Café in the John McDonald Student and Culinary Arts Center (Building M on the main campus), the Culinary Wellness Café offers great lunch options at just $7 for an entrée and a side dish.

The menu rotates weekly. Halal options are available. The following menus will be featured for the Winter 2026 semester:

  • The week of February 4: Modern Comfort
  • The week of February 10: Italian
  • The week of February 17: Tex-Mex (NOTE: The Café will be closed Wednesday, February 18)
  • The week of February 24: Mediterranean
  • The week of March 3: Asian
  • The week of March 17: California (NOTE: The Café will be closed Wednesday, March 18)
  • The week of March 24: Modern Comfort
  • The week of March 31: Italian
  • The week of April 7: Tex-Mex
  • The week of April 14: Mediterranean
  • The week of April 21: Asian
  • The week of April 28: California

This semester, the Café is introducing a new point-of-sale system through Toast to make your dining experience smoother and more convenient. With this new system, you can place your order before you arrive and receive a text message when it is ready. Order at the link above.
