Notice of Special Meeting of the HFC Board of Trustees

A Special Meeting of the Henry Ford College Board of Trustees (“The Board”) will commence on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at Henry Ford College in the Administrative Services and Conference Center in the Rosenau Conference Rooms, 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn, Michigan 48128. The purpose of the meeting is to review and approve the list of semifinalists for the Presidential search. The Board may convene a Closed Session, if necessary, per MCL 15.268(f).

If you are an individual with a disability who needs an amplifier or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to participate in the meeting, please contact the President’s Office at 313-845-9650 as soon as possible. This notice was posted by Patti Flogaus, Executive Assistant to the President, to comply with Sections 4 and 5 of the Michigan Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.265) on Henry Ford College website and on building entry doors available to the public and employees at least 18 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
