Contenders on and off the court

In addition to having a great season on the court, the Hawks have also had a great season off the court, proving themselves in the classroom. The Men’s Basketball team has a cumulative GPA of 3.03. Of the 12 members, eight earned a GPA of 3.0 or higher, stated Shepard.

"Our team came ready to play in a great atmosphere,” said Coach Chris Shepard. “I'm proud of them. We still have so much more work to do to accomplish our only goal of winning a National Championship.”
