Financial Fitness for College Students Literacy seminar

The HFC Office of Student Activities will host a free financial literacy seminar called Financial Fitness for College Students.

Financial Education Specialist Nicole Bernacik of the University of Michigan Credit Union on Wednesday, November 15, at 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.

This seminar will cover the essentials of money management and establishing credit. You will learn an action plan to start building your financial future. The core topics will include:

• The importance of a monthly spending plan.
• How to establish credit as a young adult.
• Common money mistakes to avoid.
• Building savings and the significance of investing money.
