Career Services presents The Townsend Culinary Recruitment Session
HFC Career Services and The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham will host a culinary recruitment session on Wednesday, September 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. outside Fifty-One O One Restaurant in the John McDonald Student & Culinary Arts Center (Building M) on the main campus.
“We at HFC are fortunate to have so many great culinary opportunities for our students right here in Southeast Michigan. We have had students complete their on-site Cooperative Education experiences through The Townsend. It speaks highly of the quality of the College’s Culinary Arts program that The Townsend wants to come back to our campus and recruit more students. The Townsend is a top-tier organization with great people who can help our current students and new graduates learn,” said HFC Career Counselor Jessica Miller.
We encourage students to sign up for the HFC Handshake (or login if you already have a Handshake account). You can sign up with your Hawkmail email address and access all the ongoing information about job fairs, recruiting events, and more.
“One of the nicest things about our recruitment events this year is that students can access so much information about the companies and the jobs they are looking to fill before they even attend the event.” said Austin. “All the info they need is available on their HFC Handshake account. Every current HFC student has an account!”
