Open benefits enrollment runs Nov. 15 through Nov. 29
ALL benefits-eligible employees MUST sign up for benefits during Open Enrollment, even if you are not making changes to your selections.
Open Enrollment begins Monday, Nov. 15, and ends at midnight on Monday, Nov. 29.
If you do not sign up by midnight, Nov. 29, you will not be able to sign up for 2022 benefits.
How to Enroll:
NOTE: The system will be activated on Monday, Nov. 15. You will not be able to enroll until then.
The entire process of re-enrolling should take approximately five minutes if you are not making changes.
Making changes should not take much longer, unless you need more time to review your options.
How to enroll in benefits for 2022:

You may access this site on your computer, tablet, or smart phone.
You will be prompted to enter your BenXpress username and password. This is NOT the same as your regular HFC username and password.
Your user name will be the first initial of your first name and then your complete last name. If you do not remember your password from last year, there is a "trouble logging in?" link at the sign-in prompt that will allow you to reset your password.
Review your current selections.
Make any changes you want to make for 2022.
Review your new selections carefully, and submit the form.
Once you submit the form, your selections will be locked in for 2022. You will not be able to make further changes until the November 2022 open enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event (marriage, birth of a child, etc.)
