The Muslim Student Association is hosting a Mental Health Seminar presented by Mr. Imad Nouri, HFC Counselor, on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 5:00 pm-6:30 pm.

The event will focus on the impact of constant comparisons and the imposter syndrome and its connection to depression and anxiety. Mr. Nouri will address those points and demonstrate a breathing exercise as a form of stress relief. There will be time at the end of the seminar for questions with Mr. Nouri.
