HFC’s Fifty-One O One hosts annual Holiday Buffet Nov. 17

HFC’s student-run restaurant, Fifty-One O One in the Student and Culinary Arts Center (Building M) on the main campus will host its annual Holiday Buffet on Wednesday, Nov. 17. The restaurant will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. for dinner.
The menu will include:
- Roast turkey (with pan gravy and bread dressing)
- Baked Dearborn Brand Ham (glazed with raisin cider sauce)
- Carved Baron of Beef Au Jus
- Harvest squash soup
- Mashed potatoes
- Sweet potatoes (with pecans and maple glaze)
- Fall vegetable medley
There will be a salad bar, where you can choose among:
- Citrus kale salad
- Marinated beet salad
- Garden green salad
- Creamy coleslaw
- Cranberry relish
- Pickled vegetables
- House-made dressings
For dessert:
- Pumpkin roll
- Assorted seasonal pies
- Assorted tortes and other treats
The price of the buffet is $16.95 per person (this includes coffee, tea, or soft drinks). Beer and wine will be available for purchase with a valid photo ID.
Maintaining a safe dining experience
While the Fifty-One O One staff is confident that we can maintain a safe experience for everyone, we are asking for our guests’ help to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We are continuing to adhere to all HFC guidelines regarding the pandemic and ask for everyone’s assistance in doing so.
Although parking is free, guests can park in the Campus Safety parking lot or adjacent faculty lots. Upon arrival, guests need to notify Campus Safety that they are dining at Fifty-One O One.
Prior to coming to campus, please complete HFC’s required health screening form. Guests will be required to wear a mask until they are seated at their table.
