Hawks win! #14 Hawks defeat #3 South Suburban; advance to final 8
The 14th seeded Hawks' men's basketball team beat #3 South Suburban, 67-58 in the opening round of the men's national tournament in Danville, Illinois.
The Hawks advance to the quarterfinals on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. EST, where they will play the winner of Wednesday's game between Iowa Lakes and North Central Missouri. Stay tuned for more details.

Double-elimination; each team plays a minimum of 2 games
Opening Game
As the tournament's 14th seed, the Hawks opened by defeating #3 seed South Surburban on Tuesday, April 20.

Championship Tickets
The tournament's goal is to offer tickets to traveling fans from all participating schools. COVID-19 guidelines from the public health department prior to the championship will determine the capacity limits in the venue.
There will be four games per each morning/afternoon session on Tuesday and Friday, 3 games per morning/afternoon sessions on Wednesday and Thursday with two games Saturday afternoon and two games each evening session.
