Notice of Special Meeting of the HFC Board of Trustees
The Henry Ford College Special Board of Trustees Meeting for June 29, 2020 will be held virtually at 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: The purpose for this public meeting is to "move to approve the Board of Trustees enter into an electronic closed session pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order 2020-75 and in compliance with Section 8(c) of the Open Meetings Act for strategy sessions in connection with the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements."
An opportunity for public comment will be provided at the beginning of the meeting. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a written request to provide a public statement during the public comment portion of the Board meeting will provide that electronic request to Mary Lane (mlane4@hfcc.edu) no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 21, 2020. Any public comment emails received will be read by a designated Board member so the comment may be heard by those electronically attending the meeting. The Board rules for the content and length of the public statements remain as if the meeting were held in-person.
Following the public comment period, the Board will move to enter into closed session. Following the closed session, the Board will move to close the public meeting.
