This notice was posted by Kathy Dimitriou, Executive Assistant to the President, to comply with Sections 4 and 5 of the Michigan Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.265), and the EO stated above by posting on the Henry Ford College website available to the public and employees at least 18 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
Public Comments / Citizen Participation
Any member of the public who wishes to submit a written request to provide a public statement during the public comment portion of the Board meeting will provide that electronic request to Mary Lane (mlane4@hfcc.edu) no later than 7:00 p.m. on November 16, 2020.
The public comment emails will be read by a designated Board member so the comment may be heard by those attending the meeting. The Board rules for the content and length of the public statements remain as if the meeting were held in-person.
