All employees must re-enroll for benefits for 2020 by Dec. 2

ALL benefits-eligible employees MUST sign up for benefits during Open Enrollment, even if you are not making changes to your selections.

Open Enrollment takes place Monday, Nov. 18, through midnight on Monday, Dec. 2. If you do not sign up by midnight, Dec. 2, you will not be able to sign up for 2020 benefits.

How to Enroll

NOTE: The system will not be active until Monday, Nov. 18. You will not be able to enroll until then. The entire process of re-enrolling should take approximately five minutes. Please start by logging into BenXpress at www.benxpress.com/hfcc. You may also put the URL into your smart phone and enroll with your mobile device; there is no app to download, you must type or cut/paste www.benxpress.com/hfcc into your browser on your smart phone.

You will be prompted to enter your user name and password.

Your user name will be the first initial of your first name and then your complete last name. If you do not remember your password from last year, there is a "trouble logging in?" link at the sign-in prompt that will allow you to reset your password.

Individual Assistance

If you need individual assistance with your open enrollment, we are offering drop-in open enrollment service in the Human Resources Office on the 3rd floor of the Welcome Center during the following times:

November 18 - 20 10-3pm
November 25 - 27 10-3pm
