Presidential Search Update from Dr. Michael Meade

HFC is undertaking a national presidential search

On Oct. 24, the Presidential Advisory Search Committee (PASC) met to review and revise the Presidential Search Profile. During its meeting, the PASC discussed the needs of the College, the opportunities and challenges facing the next president, and a list of leadership characteristics critical for the next president to possess. The Profile was subsequently approved by the Board of Trustees on Nov. 13.

The PASC, assisted by our consultant, AGB search, is now reviewing nominations and applications. Please recommend qualified candidates to Dr. Carlos Hernandez at carlos.hernandez@agbsearch.com.
