HFC Career Services will host a Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Lunch and Learn workshop on Thursday, April 2, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Room G-303 on the third floor of the Health Sciences Education Center (Building G on the main campus).

This presentation is focused on how to successfully obtain your first job as a Physical Therapy Assistant. This session is designed to help you feel more prepared and confident as you transition from college to the workforce.

During the presentation, we will walk you through practical tips for building a strong résumé, preparing for interviews, and understanding what employers are really looking for when hiring new graduates. We’ll also discuss how to evaluate job offers, what to look for in your first clinical placement, and why mentorship and continuing education are so important early in your career.

Whether you’re graduating soon or starting to think about your next steps, this workshop will provide helpful insight and allow you to ask questions about entering the profession.
