Join us for STEM Family Day!

Reservations are required, because space is limited for this event. This annual event always fills up, so please register ASAP.
You and your family are invited to join us for Henry Ford College's third annual STEM Family Day on Saturday, April 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the HFC Science Building (Building J on the main campus), including the Hammond Planetarium (Room J-102).
When you arrive, please check in next to the stairs/elevators on the first floor of the Science Building.
Who should attend?
All ages are welcome! This event is for families and friends who want to explore exciting careers in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Activities include:
- Adventures in anatomy
- Autonomous robots
- Food chemistry
- If you plant it…
- Mathemagician
- Musical physics
- Nature bingo
- And more!
A free buffet lunch catered by Baba’s Grill will be served from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the John McDonald Student & Culinary Arts Center (Building M on the main campus).
Lunch is free and space is limited, so please register by April 9
STEM Family Day is free and open to the public. Registration is required, so please register at the link above by Thursday, April 9. Space is limited, and we need a firm headcount for the free lunch.
Please park in Parking Lots 8-12 off the campus' South Entrance (5101 Evergreen Rd.), on the south side of the main campus, adjacent to the University of Michigan-Dearborn campus.
