Human Resources will host a Wellness Event with 15-minute chair massages on Tuesday, April 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Community Rooms on the first floor of the Welcome Center (Building WC on the main campus).

The benefits of massage therapy include:

  • Reducing stress, anxiety, and muscle soreness
  • Reducing tension headaches
  • Restoring mental clarity and alertness
  • Boosting morale

During the massage, no oils will be used, nor will any clothing be removed. We recommend you dress comfortably, wearing loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move your arms freely.

This event is free and open to all HFC employees. The Community Rooms will open at 10:30 a.m. for you to sign up in-person for a 15-minute time slot. There are 30 slots available.
