Reminder: Informer will replace WebFOCUS December 1

This is a reminder that HFC’s transition from WebFOCUS to the new Entrinsik Informer 5 data analytics reporting system is currently in progress. WebFOCUS will be fully retired on Monday, December 1.

What is Informer?

Informer 5 is a web-based data analytics and reporting platform that allows us to access, analyze, and visualize data from a variety of sources to create reports and dashboards. It is widely used within higher education and other industries to consolidate data, automate workflows, and improve data governance. It offers easier access to:

  • Dashboards
  • Faster report creation
  • Improved collaboration tools

Your existing reports and new content will begin to appear in your Informer folders over the coming weeks.
