Fidelity and Vanguard retirement plans: forums and 1:1 meetings
This message is for all HFC employees participating in HFC-sponsored Fidelity and Vanguard retirement plans.
HFC has embarked on a process to update all our retirement plans. We have engaged Miller Financial Services to lead this process. They have been hired as both fiduciary and investment advisor to our plans. We envision this process to be implemented in phases.
The first phase was updating our offerings within the TIAA retirement plans, and this took place last year. The next phase of the process is related to our Fidelity and Vanguard offerings. Our Vanguard Plan will be absorbed into the Fidelity Plan beginning in November. Funds currently in the Vanguard Plan will also be available in the Fidelity Plan, and new contributions will be transitioned to that plan. Current Fidelity participants should be receiving notifications separately providing transitional information directly from Fidelity.
We encourage you to consider attending one or more of the meetings described below. All consultations, including 1:1 sessions, are free of charge.
Group Meetings with Miller Financial: Oct. 29 and Nov. 6
Miller Financial will hold group meetings to discuss the Vanguard and Fidelity changes at 10:00 and 3:00 on Wednesday, October 29, and at 11:00 and 3:00 on Thursday, November 6 in the Rosenau C room of Building L (ASCC). Anyone interested is welcome to attend.

Individual meetings with Miller Financial, Oct. 29 and Nov. 6
There are 16, 30-minute slots on the 29th and the 6th for one-on-one consultation with a Miller Financial advisor. Please bring your most recent statements of the accounts you wish to discuss.
