“Warmer Days Clothing Drive” ends Dec. 6
The HFC Administrators Association, Local 71, is coordinating the “Warmer Days Clothing Drive” through Friday, December 6.
During the holiday season, Local 71 will support local schools and provide essential items for students to make it through the Michigan winter. These schools will receive support for items such as hats, socks, hoodies, coats, and personal care items.
Local 71 is supporting the following schools:
- Annapolis High School in Dearborn Heights, whose students need winter coats and hats.
- Munger Elementary-Middle School in Detroit, whose students need winter coats, hats, and gloves.
- Detroit Public Safety Academy, whose students need all types of clothing, including shoes and undergarments, as well as personal care items.
Donation bins on both campuses
To support this effort, please see the wish list for the items that are needed and their prices. Select an item(s), purchase an item(s), and drop off the item(s) to one of the following donation bins:
- Room E-211 in the Technology Building (Building E on the main campus)
- Room L-320 in the Andrew A. Mazzara Administrative Services & Conference Center (ASCC) (Building L on the main campus)
- Room WC-312 in the Welcome Center (Building WC on the main campus)
- The main office of M-TEC (Building MT on the East campus)
