As part of its Winter 2024 Financial Literacy series, HFC Student Activitie will host a free financial literacy seminar called “Paying for College Debt-Free.”

Scholarship guru and author Gwen Thomas will speak about various ways to obtain funding for your college education on Tuesday, February 27, at 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.

The core topics Thomas will cover include:

  • Funding options
  • Available resources
  • Tips and strategies
  • How to establish credit as a young (or older) adult
  • How to read credit reports and credit scores
