Student Activities will hold its “You've Got This: Good Luck on Finals” event Tuesday, May 2, through Thursday, May 4 this semester.

“We want to include other departments and offices on campus. Students love this event. It’s a great way to show our support,” said Student Activities Administrative Assistant Kayla Collins.

Details about the event

The event was created as a way to show appreciation of our students and to let them know we are cheering them on during their final exams. Tables are set up in different buildings at different times on different days across both campuses with volunteers handing out free snacks and swag.

“We just set up in high-traffic areas and surprise students with goodies and well wishes,” said Collins.

How you can participate

Student Activities is looking for departments to host a table and employees to volunteer. To host a table, let Student Activities know a date, time, and location for your table. You can provide snacks, swag, good luck messages, etc. at your table.

Student Activities will reserve a table for your department. You will need to decorate the table and provide any items you want to give to students. If you are volunteering as an individual, we will assign you to a table during the time you are available to volunteer.

Please share this information with others in your area. Sign up and reserve a table today or let Collins know by Monday, April 24, so she can reserve a table.
