Summer students will receive $25 tuition assistance for every credit hour

Summer 2022 tuition assistance grant available.

HFC will provide a tuition assistance grant to every HFC student who registers for classes for the Summer 2022 semester (except dual-enrolled high school students whose tuition is already covered).

The Deal

For every credit hour you register for this summer, we will give you a $25 grant.

This could mean hundreds of dollars in savings. And you might even be eligible for free tuition via Michigan Reconnect if you are over age 25.

How it works

The tuition assistance grant will apply to every credit hour and every course you take at HFC during Summer semester. It will apply if you are an in-district student or out-of-district. The tuition assistance grant will be applied to your account as soon as you register.

Classes for the Summer 2022 semester begin Tuesday, May 10. The Summer 2022 schedule is online, and registration begins the week of March 28. (See this link for priority registration dates).
