The largest program in state history to provide educational opportunity for state residents over 25 years of age is open for applications.

Governor Whitmer announced the launch of the $30 million program, which will serve Michigan's 4.1 million residents over age 25 who do not have a college degree. The program will cover in-district tuition (it will not cover all costs) for an associate degree or certificate.
