The HFC Student Council presents a Community Connection: Self Expression Session on Wednesday, Oct. 6, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. This event will be virtual.

Have you been feeling down, overwhelmed, isolated, or just not your usual self lately? We would love for you to join us for our monthly HFC community connecting self expression session.

Our intention is to create a safe space for you to openly express yourself, to connect with others, and to help guide you to resources if you feel you need help in any way. You don’t have to share if you don't want to, but this session welcomes/encourages everyone to be with us, so that we can further emphasize that we are not alone.

Dr. Ibrahim Atallah, HFC Associate Dean of Counseling, will join us for the sessions to answer any questions you may have.

This event is free to students. Please register to attend.

For questions or more information, contact HFC Student Council President Kay Peter at knpeter@hawkmail.hfcc.edu.
