The HFC Welcome Center Social Committee and Support Staff Association (SSA) Social Committee have joined forces to make others’ holiday a little brighter for needy families.

This year, the two committees are focusing on SSA members who were laid off, as well as a Dearborn High School student who recently lost his mother and has had to move in with his grandfather, demonstrating they take care of their own. Here are their wish lists for the holiday season.

The deadline to drop off items is Monday, Dec. 14, or please have the item(s) shipped. If you would like to have items shipped, they can be sent to Jodi Kenney’s house at the address listed below as she is working on getting items to the families in need.

2054 North Vernon
Dearborn, MI 48128

Whatever you can do or give is very much appreciated. Even though we aren’t able to be together this year, we have managed to come together to help make a difference.

For questions or further information, please contact Jodi Kenney at jlkenney1@hfcc.edu or Leslie Windless or lwindless@hfcc.edu.
