HFC observes Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with community service

“Life's most persistent and urgent question: What are YOU doing for others?”

Henry Ford College will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, 2020.

Many students, staff, and faculty will spend at least part of the day in service to our community, to honor the legacy of civil rights pioneer Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Numerous community organizations throughout Wayne County partner with HFC and U-M Dearborn to turn a day off into a day of service.

Scheduling note: The HFC Board of Trustees meeting that normally takes place on the 3rd Monday of the month will be held Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Rosenau Board Rooms.

If you have not yet signed up and would like to participate in a service project, please use the online signup form.
