Weight Watchers at Work: let us know if you're interested

A few HFC community members have expressed interest in joining a Weight Watchers program at the College.

Weight Watchers is a healthy lifestyle and food program that encourages and helps participants pursue their life goals for a healthier body.

The program is for people of any gender, body type, or personal history.

General information about the Freestyle Smart Points program and the WW at Work program is here. The program includes tools such as trackers, barcode scanners, recipe builders, videos, expert chat, a supportive community, and more.

The minimum number of people for a Weight Watchers at Work course is 12. If you are interested in participating in an HFC-hosted Weight Watchers program, please contact Lynn Borczon, lynn@hfcc.edu or 845-9664.
