HFC VOTES! Voter Registration Drive through Oct. 8

If you are a U.S. citizen over the age of 18, voting is not only your Constitutional right, it allows you to have an active voice in government. Exercise your right to vote in the national and state election on Tuesday, Nov. 5, and in the Presidential Election on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020.

Check the Michigan government website to find out if you're eligible to vote. If you are eligible, you can register at HFC this month:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Student & Culinary Arts Center (Bldg. M)
  • Tuesday, Oct. 8. from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Health Science Education Center (Bldg. G)

More than 300 students have registered to vote at HFC in the last month alone.

You may also fill out the State of Michigan Voter Registration Application and drop it off at the Office of Student Activities in M-105 in the Student & Culinary Arts Center. The Office of Student Activities will then mail the application at no cost to you. The deadline to turn your application in to the Office of Student Activities is Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 2:00 p.m.
