It's a great day to be a Hawk!

Earlier this week, the HFC golf team finished as MCCAA Eastern Conference Runners-Up, which means they were second in the eight-team field, behind OCC. It was a gain from the previous year, when the Hawks finished 5th in the field.

Individually for the Hawks:

  • Matthew Kosiba finished 2nd, and was named MCCAA All-Conference.
  • Alana Jones finished tied for eighth, and became the first female in the 93-year history of the MCCAA to earn MCCAA All-Conference Golf honors!

The golf season will resume in the spring with qualifying state and regional tournaments to determine berths to the national NJCAA golf championships.
