Faculty Lectureship winner Dr. Kalvin Harvell presents Racial Microaggressions and the College Campus

Dr. Kalvin Harvell

Dr. Kalvin Harvell, HFC sociology professor and coordinator/advisor of the Black Male & QUEENS Focus Group, will give a lecture called “An Uncomfortable Alliance: Racial Microaggressions and the College Campus.”

This lecture, which is part of the Faculty Lectureship Award for 2019, will be held in room K-14 in the lower level of the Reuther Liberal Arts Building (Bldg. K) on the main HFC campus, on the following dates and times:

• Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 9:40 a.m.
• Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 11:10 a.m.
• Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, Nov. 6, at noon

This lecture is free and open to the public. Faculty members are encouraged to bring classes.
