Community and law enforcement: know your rights

The HFC African American Association presents "Know Your Rights: Building Community Relations with Law Enforcement" on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 12:40 to 2:00 p.m. in Rm. K-14 of the Reuther Liberal Arts Building (Bldg. K) on the main campus.

Members from the Detroit Police Department, the Dearborn Police Department, and HFC Campus Safety will speak at this seminar and address questions such as:

  • What do you do if you are stopped by a law enforcement representative?
  • What is legal and what is not?
  • How can law enforcement help you?

This seminar is free and open to the public. Everyone is invited.
