Student Portal adds a new resource: personalized alerts

Last March, we launched our first true student portal at my.hfcc.edu. The one-stop online resource center contains your core information, services, and links n an easy-to-use, secure interface. (Read the March article to learn more about the portal and how it works.)

Now, we are adding a new, personalized resource for you: checklist alerts.

The alerts range from notices to incoming students to notices about financial aid, advising, and registration deadlines.

Best of all, the checklist alerts are personalized to your individual enrollment, financial, and academic pathway. The purpose of the alerts is to help you succeed! Once you've completed an item, check it off, and it will disappear from the list.

You'll see the new personalized alerts at the top when you login to the HFC portal.
