HFCC’s Sisson Gallery hosts 'Following the Thread– Narratives in Fiber' exhibition

The Sisson Gallery at Henry Ford Community College is currently showing an art exhibition entitled 'Following the Thread– Narratives in Fiber' until Mar. 3. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or by appointment. The Sisson Gallery is located in the MacKenzie Fine Arts Center on HFCC’s main campus at 5101 Evergreen Rd. in Dearborn.

The exhibition features the work of two Cleveland-based artists, JoAnn Giordano and Anne Kmieck. Giordano’s pieces, mostly fabric collages, and Kmieck’s pieces, mostly gowns, express social concerns.
