A cancellation fee equivalent to 25 percent of the room rental cost will be charged for cancellations received less than 24 hours of the event start date. An additional charge will be added to room rates for weekend facility usage. HFC M-TEC hours are Monday–Thursday at 7 a.m.–8:30 p.m. and Friday at 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
