Drop-ins welcome, but we recommend you register in advance.
Students are invited to Résumé Writing Workshop on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Honors Hub (Room K-103) on the first floor of the Reuther Liberal Arts Building (Building K on the main campus).
HFC Career Services Officer Chad Austin will facilitate this in-person workshop. He will teach you how to write a résumé that will make you stand out, and he will answer questions such as:
- What is the difference between a résumé and a curriculum vitae (CV)?
- What should you include in these documents, and when should you use each one?
- How can you tailor these documents for different opportunities?
If you have one, bring your laptop and résumé to work on during this workshop.
The Résumé Writing Workshop is sponsored by Career Services, the Henry Ford II Honors Program, and the Transfer Bridges to the Humanities program.
This workshop is free and open to HFC students. For questions or more information, contact Chardin Claybourne at cclaybourne@hfcc.edu.
