Electronic W-2 forms for 2025 are available

Your official 2025 W-2 form is now available via Self-Service under “Employee” and then “Tax Information.” You will also find a link to Self-Service on the Employee Resources card in the my.hfcc.edu portal.

If you have consented to receive electronic W-2 forms, Self-Service is how you will obtain your W-2. You will not receive a form in the mail, and this email message will be your only official notice that your W-2 is now available. If you decide you want a paper copy of your W-2, you may print one using Self-Service.

If you have not provided consent to receive W-2 statements electronically, your 2025 W-2 form will be mailed via USPS no later than January 31, 2026. You may also access your W-2 in Self-Service at any time.

To provide consent to receive W-2 statements electronically, follow these steps:

  1. Login to my.hfcc.edu (or use the Self-Service link above).
  2. Select Self-Service (in Commonly used Tile).
  3. Select the Employee box.
  4. Select the Tax Information box at the top left.
  5. Select Change Preferences.
  6. Select the Circle next to "Receive my W-2 only in electronic format."
  7. Select Save.
