Explore the universe through free Hammond Planetarium shows at HFC

HFC will present 10 shows at the Hammond Planetarium (Room J-102) in the Science Building (Building J on the main campus) between February and June 2025.
The 10 shows will run from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on selected Wednesdays and Fridays:
- Friday, February 7: On a Snowy Evening (Winter Seasonal Show)
- Wednesday, February 19: On a Snowy Evening (Winter Seasonal Show) originally scheduled Feb. 12; all reservations from Feb. 12 will apply to this event
- Wednesday, March 19: Nothing Gold Can Stay (Spring Seasonal Show)

With the exception of the seasonal shows, local NASA Solar System Ambassadors Timothy Campbell and Liam Finn will narrate the Planetarium Presentations. HFC Chairperson for Media Communication Arts Susan McGraw and the late Dale Van Dorp's recorded voice, alias the “Voice of Dearborn,” will narrate the seasonal shows.
Please register in advance, and arrive 15 minutes early
For safety reasons, the Planetarium will not admit you once the doors close, so please arrive 15 minutes early. Registration is required. Open seating is available on a first-served basis.

"The Hammond Planetarium is the place in Dearborn for exploring the wonders of our universe!”
