(More info about the James Webb Telescope is available on the NASA website.)

All shows will be presented by local NASA Solar System Ambassadors Timothy Campbell and Liam Finn. The seasonal shows will be narrated by HFC Chairperson for the Department of Communication and Media Susan McGraw and the late Dale Van Dorp, alias the “Voice of Dearborn” (recorded).

“Folks interested in witnessing the total solar eclipse this April should come to our eclipse shows,” said HFC Planetarium director and physics and astronomy instructor Jesse Mason.

Please register, and arrive 15 minutes early

For safety reasons, the Planetarium will not admit latecomers once the doors close, so please arrive 15 minutes early so you can be seated before the doors close.

Reservations for all eight planetarium shows will become available one week prior to the show. Registration is not required, but we strongly recommend that you register. Open seating is available on a first-served basis.

"The Hammond Planetarium is Dearborn's premier space for exploring the wonders of our universe,” said Mason.

A link to register for specific shows is coming soon. All shows are free and open to the public. For questions or more information, contact planetarium@hfcc.edu.
