Annual employee performance evaluation process is underway

Effective Tuesday, April 11, the 2.5-week period for your employee self-evaluation will open. This affects all employees excluding members of Local 1650 and the Adjunct Faculty Organization to rate your own performance during the 2022-23 academic year.


Quick reference guide

  1. How to access the Perform module:
    a. Log in to HR / NEOED: top navigation bar of the employee portal
    b. Look for "Performance" in the left rail

  2. How to get training: Join us: virtual training sessions every Friday at 10:00 a.m.


Annual evaluations timeline

  • Ongoing: Journal entries to assist you in creating evaluations
  • January 1: Mid-year check-ins
  • Tuesday, April 11 through Friday, April 28: Employee self-evaluation period
  • Friday, May 12: Manager ratings due
  • Friday, May 26: Final approvals with signatures due to Human Resources

Our new competency-based performance evaluation programs are in the Perform module of NEOED, the Human Resources Information System that replaced Cornerstone. Many managers are already familiar with the Perform module if you have been completing monthly Journal Entries and/or Probationary Evaluations.
